The Zübat is part of the basic equipment of every self-respecting arborist. Among arborists, it is undoubtedly the most widely-used handsaw in the world. Not surprisingly so, as the Zübat is everything you could wish for in a pruning saw. A versatile, powerful pull saw to be used during both precision pruning in tighter spaces and larger removals.

Non-Set Teeth
The teeth sit within the blade’s thickness instead of being bent outward like many Western saws. Combined with a taper ground blade, this gives very smooth, fast cuts with minimal waste and a very clean surface.
Mirai-Me (4 Cutting Angles)
A special tooth design with four cutting angles that lets one saw handle rip cuts, crosscuts, and slant cuts. It leaves an exceptionally smooth surface that often needs little or no sanding.
Impulse-Hardening
The teeth are hardened with a quick, high‑frequency heat treatment so they stay sharp up to three times longer than normal teeth. These blades cut very fast and clean but generally cannot be resharpened and are replaced when dull.
GOM Rubber Handle
A premium rubber handle that feels warm and secure in the hand, even in cold or wet conditions or when wearing gloves. It absorbs vibration very well and reduces hand fatigue during long cutting sessions.
3D Roller Sheath Lock System
A sheath with built‑in rollers that guide the blade in smoothly and a locking mechanism that holds the saw securely. It protects both blade and sheath and makes it easier and safer to holster and draw the saw.
Electroless Nickel Plating
A thin but extremely durable nickel coating that covers the entire blade, including the teeth. It greatly improves wear resistance, slows rust, and helps prevent sap from sticking, so cuts stay smooth and easy.
Curved Blade Design
A gently curved blade that helps keep more teeth in contact with the wood as you cut. This improves cutting efficiency, especially in pruning, and can reduce strain on your wrist and arm.
Revolver Grip
A curved, ergonomic handle that lines up better with your wrist. It reduces effort and vibration and is especially comfortable for overhead cutting or long periods of use.
